What it is.

Cloud-Based SWIFT Connectivity

Alliance Lite2 is Swift's cloud-based connectivity interface. It supports FIN (MT), ISO 20022 (MX), and file transfers over FileAct, with manual entry or automated exchange.

Overview


Alliance Lite2 supports all Swift message formats and two integration models. The browser interface covers message creation, dual authorisation, cash management views, status monitoring, and exception handling. AutoClient is a lightweight background application that automates file exchange without manual steps.
For corporate treasury, one connection reaches every global banking partner, which removes the need for separate proprietary links. The service supports automated account reporting, cash positioning, forecasting, and reconciliation, and provisions security and tracking add-ons such as Transaction Screening and Payment Controls.


Alliance Lite2 is supported mainly for existing customers. New deployments now move to Alliance Cloud. If you run Alliance Lite2 today, established migration paths move your operations to Alliance Cloud when you are ready.
