Overview



AMH processes several messaging and file standards side by side, including FIN (MT), ISO 20022 (MX), FileAct, and proprietary or domestic formats. It separates manual user workflows from straight-through processing, so screen actions never compete with automated volume.

The platform deploys as separate components: the Front-End web interface, the core database, and the message processing system. Your network team can place each in its own subnet with strict security groups. AMH connects to Swift through Alliance Gateway for message concentration and the SwiftNet Link API.

AMH runs on virtualised and cloud infrastructure, including Azure and AWS. It supports active-standby database replication and placement across multiple availability zones, which removes single points of failure and supports rapid recovery.

Operations teams get detailed tracking, search, and audit across historical flows. Security aligns with Customer Security Programme requirements, with role validation, dual authorisation, and secure remote management. Optional modules extend AMH to local clearings such as SIC, EuroSIC, and SECOM.
